２月３日、「既存住宅状況調査技術者講習登録規程」及び「既存住宅状況調査方法基準」が公布・施行されました。
いわゆる既存住宅インスペクションのバージョンアップです。この点について、コラムを追加しました。→コラム
確認済証の取得は、設計業務において、また、事業全体においても、最も重要な要素の一つですが、昨今では、確認が事後的に取り消されるという事態は少なくありません。
